This service includes a free evaluation. After the evaluation the one hour service contract will begin. With in that time we will fix any problems we detect and add products and service requested. If your contract goes over the one hour you will be charged a $40 fee for every 1/2 hour over.

Service Contracts - Using service contracts, Nerds IT Solutions provides continuing support to our clients. Contract clients enjoy regular scheduled visits, reduced rates, and reduced response times to service and emergency calls. Regular visits allow our technicians to detect and correct problems before they can become problems.

For $299.00 per month, this service includes, ICU Monitoring watches computer based systems covering up to 2 servers and up to 10 computers, (notebooks & desktops), along with other non-computer based systems including network printers, firewalls, routers, switches, hubs and print servers. For clients with more than 2 servers and 10 computers special pricing will be provided.
